Kimberely, British Columbia

Hello all!

So, a couple moved out here to Canyon City from West Linn, Oregon. A friend I met in Kennewick at lat years convention gave me a call and told me that there were spots open on a trip that they were planning to a ski resort in Canada. We decided to go. Here are the pictures!

So, the plan was to leave Thursday morning, but since me and Schuyler both had a couple of parts on the meeting, we decided to leave after the meeting... after a bit of a anxiety attack due to not being able to find my passport, we finally made our way on the road for the 11+ hour drive. Here is what time we started the drive... PM.
The All Night Gang
8.5 hours later in Sandpoint, Idaho
about 6 hours after that, we finally arrived. Here is the view out our back door. You literally walk out onto the ski slope.
living room/my bedroom.
Kitchen and dining. That guy right there sitting down is David Pleake, a brother from Kennewick, WA that made it possible for us to join the trip.
Are the ones on the bottom level.
Going into town to buy groceries. Currently on hour 29 with no sleep.
Some native artwork on the buildings in Kimberely.
Hour 38 with no sleep... Lemlers were asleep about an hour later.
Playing a new board game + No sleep = confusion. Todd (Tricities), Daneae (sp? Davenport, Wa) Travis?, and a brother from Denver...Hour 40. Names were hard to retain... Finally got to bed at hour 42. ugh.
our condos
Decided to drive into the main walking street in Kimberely, we fit 7 in my car. Here are the Lemler's in the back.
View from the front. Perople that can be seen, David, Brooke, Todd (all from the tricities) and myself.
A cool little pub.
Who's a natural attraction?? Who is it? There he is!
Todd, me, Schuyler, Morgan, Liz, and Brooke. David is taking the picture.
Walking along...
At the Mozart Inn. Really good Coffee and Apple strudel
Met up with some others from out group in town and had a snack together.
Domino's were play'd. That and ridiculous amount of Carcassone were played.
Heading out for dinner
went back to the Mozart Inn.
The drive back. We all decided to have breakfast at Denny's.
Whoa out of order... but this is some pictures of all of us right before we left.
snowball
snowball back!
getting ready for our group photo
The Quintessential Lemler shot.
800 cameras + 1 group photo = 2 million pictures taken... at least that's what it felt like.
Schuyler thinks this looks like a JCrew photo.... you decide.
no pets.... no pets.... what?
(photo's left out.... Rambunctious Carcassonne games, Superbowl madness, 15+ hours of hot tub time, Liz on ginormous skis, and meeting up with the Davenport boys on our drive up and drive back.)
